What can I say? The bag doesn't even come close to the professionally taken photos. It starts with the handle, which falls slackly and doesn't stand up straight, and ends with the PU leather, which in reality looks and feels so cheap that I will definitely not wear the bag. I have nothing against imitation leather, but for 20€ I can get a bag that looks a lot smarter. For me it was the last bag purchase at Joom🤦🙍 I've been so disappointed before. 2 stars for packaging and completeness of the order.

Ooh my Heavens!! It's so beautiful! I have been watching and wanting this bag for so long, I finally got it and trust me, it's everything and more that I thought. If this bag catches your eye, order it on here before it's too late! Can't find it on other sites it was previously on, only on Joom! Bag is perfect size, color, texture is lovely, came with a dust cover and no nasty smell either! Soo happy with my new bag! Happy 💃🏼

I feel offended. This product has nothing to do with the original. A shame. The top layer is grotesque, facing the product they advertise. Look at the photo... Nothing to do with the original ad. The hanging strap would not support even two grams of weight. Everything is cheap as can be. See the photo of the ad and the one I send you. A FRAUD. With these things you lose a lot. Compare and tell.

Bag is great, quality too, unfortunately the transport package was damaged, cut through... but the problem was dealt with very quickly and professionally by Joom employees.
