At a junior high school on an island, a boy named Nishikata is constantly teased by Takagi, the girl who sits next to him. He devises schemes to tease her back, but she always sees through him and fails... The two spend their days together, irreplaceable, until one day they are separated... Ten years later, Takagi has returned to the island!
