How to use: Tips for use: To advance tip, gently twist bottom of pencil to the right until pencil point is advanced to desired length for use. Apply along lash line, starting from the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Use smudger to create smoky lines. To sharpen pencil, remove the sharpener from the end of pencil. Twist pencil to reveal fresh color. Insert pencil into sharpener and gently rotate.
