Suggested Uses
Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors.
Reapply if:
After swimming or sweating for 80 minutes
Immediately after towel drying
At least every two hours
Infants under 6 months: Consult a doctor before use.
Sun Protection: Use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher regularly. Other protective measures include:
Avoid outdoor activities between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.
Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, a hat, and sunglasses.
