The product arrived damaged. Clock hands damaged, bent. When I tried to fix it - the timer broke... It can be seen that the packaging was not appropriate. 😔

The ratings are so bad because the goods were delivered completely defective. Proper packaging could have prevented that. Would you like my money back please?

Not Packed properly. Found the Clock hands bent. They were packed in just a plastic bag no bubble wrap or anything of that sort.
