How to use the product: Spray the oil on the soles of your feet and legs before going to bed. Use before and after bathing daily. Massage a generous amount onto painful areas. Use as needed. Allow to air dry for best results. There may be itching after first use. This is normal and may be a sign of low magnesium levels or salt residue. Wash the oil off after 20 minutes to avoid itchiness and salt residue. For sensitive skin, dilute 50:50 with water.
